Quick Hello

Well, I'm still not finished with my shower project yet.....BUT Almost! :-) I installed the glass blocks and found that to be not as difficult as I had thought. Hubby helped me build a small wall next to the glass blocks for support and now I can also attach a shower rod. I had to tile all sides of this new little wall, which took a bit of time. I'm just finishing up the floor, so I should be able to share pics soon. I took a little break away from my construction projects for the holiday and orders that needed to get out the door.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I sure did! I got to squeeze on my little grand baby for a few days which I totally enjoyed. Then the girls and I went shopping on Black Friday. CRAZY! We did, however, get something wonderful out of all of the craziness.....

 

Yep, Grandma bought a cute little Christmas dress with matching hat for the sweet little one and we went and visited Santa. Can you believe "no line" on Black Friday?? She LOVED Santa!!!!! She played with his beard and smiled at him and did patty~cake. Sooooooooo Cute! She is absolutely the happiest baby I've ever seen and it rubbed off on everyone. She left on Monday morning :-(

Anyway......

I was a winner of this beautiful egg a couple of weeks ago over at Ruth's Artful Creations.

I also purchased some of these from her. Just Lovely! Hey Ruth, I hope you don't mind that I took these pictures from your site. Your camera is way better than mine! :-)

Oh, and if ya'll live near Grapevine, Texas, well scoot yer'self over to Let's Pretend Tea Parties and pick yer'self up a mosaic cupcake. I just sent a nice batch to them. :-)
